Hey entrepreneur, business (wo)man, high-ranking executive; criticism is actually your friend!
Updated: Apr 2
As an entrepreneur, intrapreneur, or career-oriented leader of any kind, you have to be open to all kinds of criticism and use it as feedback about how you’re showing up in the world.
Constructive criticism often feels like a hit to the ego and thus so many people avoid it at all costs. What you really need to succeed is more of it.
You have to understand where you fall short if you’re ever going to grow that skill set, change that mindset or introduce different habits into your programming. It’s all part of the process to becoming a success.
Embrace the failures, because failure is actually success if you know how to use it to your advantage 🙌🏼🔑
